The few have forced their ideas on the many as the green dark silence rages on. The old greats dim out their light one last time as their devoted public morns them like funerals. New ones flip flop to desperately fit in, but they are merely little people trying to sit in the big vacant chairs the dimmed ones left. They wear their masks of rebellion and unity, only to return to the status quo once it is over as they prop up the old regime. The new darkness descends as a forced populous crumbles.

Infernos rage in West Aussie as kangaroos hop for their lives to safety. Smoke fills the air as the sky turns blood red. The aired summer heat only makes the flames stronger as koalas desperately try to find safe trees to hang on. New South Wales chokes for release among the ashes while a barren wasteland is all before them. Panicked residents scatter away from their homes as the burning monster inches its way down under. No amount of water on earth can stop its path as the world pities the continent.

While time traveling seems like a fun idea, sometimes the ripple effect it creates is not always good. You can't simply enter a time loop and voila, you changed history for the better. Haven't you learned anything from Doc Brown? Destroying or altering the past can have serious consequences. Sure, you can always go back again if it didn't work out, but what if that just makes the timeline even worse? Eventually, you'll find yourself in a rut, where even altering the past won't save you now.

Am I an amphibian or a mammal? Surely some being put me on this earth for a reason. Why do I need this beak when I have this beaver tail? Did some grand creator form me into existence just to become a mere joke to the animal kingdom? How do I know I'm not some survivor of a prehistoric species? My eyes go in different directions, but I do find that helpful when swimming under water. Perhaps I should just go on my back and look up at the sky as the flowing waters carry me away.
